When Prince Harry popped by to chat to Ellen for her daytime chat show, his bride-to-be Meghan Markle got involved – showing off her sports and dance skills.
“Hi, I’m Meghan Markle,” she announces before enthusiastically mimicking Ellen’s intro that puts her up to the task of working out to Meghan’s original song, All I Want for Christmas Is You.
Called the Duchess of Sussex, Markle then dances before serenading Ellen with a Whitney Houston medley.
The duo then shake hands before engaging in a thoughtful conversation about relationships, home life and home of dating.
During the chat Markle also showed off her sports and fitness skills, with a dance to Beyonce’s Crazy in Love.
Markle also got into Ellen’s show and body language act, with the pair holding hands and waving at the camera.
The Duchess then seems to identify with Ellen’s character Ellen – which prompts the comedian to mock Markle for being “full-on” to the audience – saying, “It’s full-on to them”.
Markle, in response, signs off on the pantomime, saying: “If we were playing an hour of exercise together, we could be the next Britain’s Got Talent.”
The revelation comes as part of The Ellen Show’s classic Christmas prank on celebrities.
Other stars who have had themselves pranked by Ellen include Gwyneth Paltrow, Jimmy Fallon, Kim Kardashian, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Blake Lively, Tina Fey, Chrissy Teigen, Alec Baldwin, Steve Carell, Ben Stiller, Patricia Arquette, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Samuel L Jackson, Salma Hayek and many more.
