(CNN) — “Hello, I’m sorry I’m a mess.”
That’s what new album “25” from Adele says to her son, Angelo.
The multi-award winning singer announced the album title and title track Monday in an Instagram video that showed a silhouette of the singer atop a piano.
“I have to start off this new chapter by apologizing to my son who is watching at home,” Adele says in the video. “I just want to say hello to my child… sorry about all the mess I’ve made.”
She ends with a pop of the finger she’s holding up and a call-out for support.
“Hello, I’m just like you, I’ve had a busy day and I’m on my way home to be with you,” she sings. “But I’m so sorry, I’m so broke.”
‘Get Lucky’ was her childhood anthem
Adele is a 13-time Grammy winner. She’s known for her powerful vocals and emotional moments in songs like “Rolling in the Deep” and “Someone Like You.”
Many fans expressed their excitement on social media over the new album.
“Hello World, was secretly planning on rewinding your face and singing “Hello” again,” tweeted British actor Downton Abbey actor Rob James-Collier.
